Silme Talebi Nasıl Gönderilir?

  1. brounitystudio@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderin.
  2. Konu satırına "DUAMATIK Veri Silme Talebi" yazın.
  3. Mesajınızda DUAMATIK uygulamasını kullandığınızı belirtin.
  4. Varsa uygulama içi satın alma sipariş numarası veya talebi bulmamıza yardımcı olacak ek bilgileri paylaşın. Şifre, ödeme kartı bilgisi veya hassas belge göndermeyin.

Silinebilecek Veriler

DUAMATIK kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmayı zorunlu tutmaz ve ad, soyad, e-posta ya da telefon numarası gibi bilgileri doğrudan istemez. Talebiniz doğrulanabildiğinde, DUAMATIK tarafından kontrol edilen ve talebinizle ilişkilendirilebilen uygulama verileri silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.

Cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanan tercihleri, konum izinlerini, bildirim izinlerini ve reklam kimliği ayarlarını Android cihaz ayarlarından veya uygulamayı kaldırarak yönetebilirsiniz.

Saklanabilecek Veriler ve Süreler

Yasal yükümlülükler, güvenlik, sahtekarlığı önleme, muhasebe, ödeme iadesi veya anlaşmazlık çözümü için gerekli kayıtlar sınırlı süreyle saklanabilir. Google Play Billing, Google AdMob ve Firebase gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin işlediği veriler kendi gizlilik ve saklama politikalarına tabidir.

Silme talepleri normal şartlarda 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Yasal veya teknik nedenlerle daha uzun süre gerekiyorsa kullanıcı e-posta ile bilgilendirilir.

DUAMATIK Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users can request deletion of data related to the DUAMATIK app developed by Brounity Studio.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to brounitystudio@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line "DUAMATIK Data Deletion Request".
  3. Mention that your request is related to the DUAMATIK app.
  4. If available, include a Google Play order number or other non-sensitive information that can help us identify your request. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive documents.

Data That Can Be Deleted

DUAMATIK does not require user account creation and does not directly ask for personal information such as name, email address, or phone number. When a request can be verified, app data controlled by DUAMATIK and associated with the request will be deleted or anonymized.

Local preferences, location permissions, notification permissions, and advertising ID settings can be managed from Android device settings or by uninstalling the app.

Data That May Be Retained

Records required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, refunds, or dispute resolution may be retained for a limited period. Data processed by third-party services such as Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and Firebase is subject to their own privacy and retention policies.

Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. If legal or technical reasons require more time, the user will be notified by email.
